Create cohesion and harmony through balancing stability with mobility, activity with stillness, enhancing body-mind relationship.

For all levels.

Bring your own yoga mat.

Commences: Thursday 5 October 7:00pm to 8:00pm (10 weeks - 5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 26/10, 2/11, 9/11, 16/11, 23/11, 30/11, 7/12)

Ajani Neighbourhood House is the focal point for the Bulleen–Templestowe community. We respond to the diversity of cultures, ages and abilities in the community by providing a wide range of quality courses and activities. These are in an accessible, welcoming environment.
