We understand the ebbs and flow of children’s changing energy and attention span. The need for wonder, excitement, fun and creativity.

That’s why, in our kids yoga classes we weave mindfulness, life skills and tools of emotional regulation through a carefully planned out class. Offered through interactive stories, fun games, easy to relate to analogies, engaging props, and music we are able to teach the wisdoms of yoga, practice Yoga asanas (movements), breathing techniques, positive words of affirmations and relaxation.
