The Head-to-Head (H2H) Forum returns in 2027, bringing Montessori school leaders together for two days of connection, collaboration and professional learning.

Held annually, the H2H Forum provides an opportunity for leaders from across the Montessori community to share ideas, explore common challenges and learn from one another in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The program typically includes school tours, presentations from Heads of Schools, guest speakers and facilitated discussion groups, with opportunities for practical exchange and conversations relevant to Montessori school leadership.

The H2H Forum is designed primarily for Montessori principals and deputies. Other members of school leadership teams are welcome to attend, although some elements of the program may be less relevant to their roles.
