    Balance Emotions, Find Calm is for anyone who wishes to calm their mind, move past insecurities, and make meaningful decisions with confidence. My mission is to empower you with the tools and strategies I’ve used to find mental clarity and joy, without the use of medication. As someone who has healed their own mind from anxiety, depression, and bipolar, I know it's possible for you to do the same!

    This workshop will address what mental wellness really is, and highlight how your mental health may be affecting your life in unexpected ways. We will discuss common habits that feed anxiety and low mental health, how you can shift these habits, learn practical ways to start healing today, and finish with a gentle but deep anxiety releasing practice!
