Dr Annabelle Balharry practices in Geelong West and in this talk will be exploring the topic of healthy ageing through the lens of Osteopathy and looking at the influence and benefits that movement & exercise have on the lymphatic, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular & nervous systems.

About our guest speaker:
Dr Annabelle Balharry, BHSc/BAppSc Osteopathy
Annabelle is a caring and inclusive practitioner. She enjoys working with people of all ages, from babies to the elderly. Annabelle treats a wide range of presentations from injuries to headaches, back pain, postural strains, childhood development, pre & post pregnancy support, queer healthcare and women's health issues. Annabelle has an ongoing contemporary dance practice and a BA in Dance from the VCA. Her physical training, injury rehab and various functional movement practices influence her knowledge base and Osteopathic practice.
