In this course you will learn how to make:

- spelt pizza dough
- healthy sweet treats
- lunch-box ideas
- dairy/wheat and sugar alternatives
You will take home recipes and your baking done during the course and eat a delicious lunch that we cook together.
Trainer Bio:
Emma has worked in the food industry for over 20 years with a wealth of knowledge and experience that she loves to share. A strong advocate for healthy eating her career has taken her from health-food store to running her own organic vegetarian catering business and an organic raw food cafe. She believes in a fun, hands-on approach to learning.
