Heart Harmony: Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing

This month, our focus will be on creating a deep, restorative space within the heart center to nurture self-love, acceptance, and the balanced ability to both give and receive love. Through the healing power of sound, we’ll work to open, align, and activate the heart chakra, fostering emotional harmony and inner peace.

Sound therapy is an ancient healing modality that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal.

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event. 

This experience will be guided by Leah Evenstar who is a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium who holds a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, and heightened consciousness.
