Your guides for the evening will be Aryia and Claudia.
About Aryia:
Aryia S. Curti is a yogini with over 20 years of practice. As both a lifelong student and yoga instructor, she is dedicated to preserving the tradition of classical yoga. Aryia is also a psychosomatic therapist, integrating Eastern philosophy and Western psychology through holistic bodywork, yogic practices, and hypnotherapy to restore health and support individuals in achieving their goals.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that body, mind, and spirit are One. Through deep inner exploration and physical embodiment, clarity can emerge and health can be renewed. By cultivating physical and mental relaxation as well as self awareness, individuals learn to quiet the inner critic and uncover answers and solutions that lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life.
About Claudia:
Claudia is a Yoga and Pilates instructor and a massage therapist who regularly offers yoga retreats in the Auckland region and beyond. Her retreats focus on nourishing both body and mind through the use of essential oils and deeply restorative yoga practices. For Claudia, yoga is not just a physical discipline, it it is freedom in movement, an opportunity for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, to feel restored. She has a deep love for restorative yoga and creating spaces where people can truly relax and rest.
