HEART LAB is a movement space dedicated to the art of becoming fully present, alive and at home in your own skin. HEART LAB brings Open Floor movement practice with he(art)full approaches to create space for becoming more of who we are. Together we create space where your individual heart and our collective heart can grow, flow and become clearer to ourselves.

HEART LAB is ALL about our journey towards integration, healing and unfolding into complete, creative and flourishing humans.This class is for anyone interested in creative movement, freedom of expression and becoming more of who we are. Your gender, age, class, race, size of your body, dancing skill do not matter here.

This is a weekly, drop in Open Floor movement practice class facilitated by Tamara Borovica.Open Floor movement practice is an embodied movement practice bringing creativity, self-awareness & purpose to life. In Open Floor movement practice, we dance with attention on the here & now in order to attend to what is alive in us and practice moving from habit to choice & creative possibility.

(Doors open at 6.50 to allow you to arrive and warmup)
