This is a space to gather in community while gently turning inward to honour the season. Together, we will ignite the fire within...warming, illuminating, and burning away what no longer serves you. Allow yourself the space to forge and light the path ahead.

Through cacao, hatha yoga, a nourishing meal, yin, meditation, sound, self-inquiry, and meaningful connection, we create a day of presence and possibility.

A day filled with love, openness, transformation, rest, and renewal.

About your hosts

Bronwyn Mackie

Bronwyn is an embodiment of her practices and a mindful movement teacher of 9 years. Sharing yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki and sound. Bronwyn beautifully weaves and balances Sthira and sukha into every practice.

Living, teaching and learning globally for over a decade refining her ability to share the importance of strength and stability to support rest with out collapse. Creating a sustainable, nourishing and harmonious experience.

Hela Harmony

Hela is a yoga guide, Reiki Master Teacher, and devoted space holder for rest and reconnection. Through Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound, and energy work, she creates experiences that invite a deeper relationship with the body and a gentler way of being.

Her teaching is rooted in the understanding that when we slow down enough to listen, the body often reveals exactly what it needs. With a nurturing and intuitive approach, Hela supports deep rest, nervous system balance, and the opportunity to reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.
