Permit yourself the time to retreat into stillness.

A journey to the self, through the self, and back to the self.

This is a space to gather in community while gently turning inward to honour the season. Together, we will ignite the fire within...warming, illuminating, and burning away what no longer serves you. Allow yourself the space to forge and light the path ahead.

Through cacao, hatha yoga, a nourishing meal, yin, meditation, sound, self-inquiry, and meaningful connection, we create a day of presence and possibility.

A day filled with love, openness, transformation, rest, and renewal.

A safe space for everyone- all are welcome.
