Through guided exercises blending somatic practices and authentic relating, you’ll discover the power of vulnerability, presence, and playful curiosity.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll transition into contact dance, a co-creative expression of freedom and connection through movement. We’ll close with an energizing dance space—a celebration of community, embodiment, and joy, where anything feels possible. Whether you’re seeking deeper self-awareness, meaningful connection, or maybe even the chance to meet your soulmate, this experience is designed to ignite your heart and leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.

Niki is a Somatic Embodiment Mentor and event host dedicated to helping individuals deepen their connection to themselves and others through breath, movement, and authentic relating. With a background in Psychology and certifications in Somatic Breathwork and trauma-informed healing, Niki creates safe, transformative spaces for personal growth and connection. She helps individuals release stored emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace their authentic selves. Her work empowers people to access their body’s innate wisdom, fostering healing, self-expression, and deeper relationships.

GARRETT GRASSLE - @flowwithgg
Garrett is an embodiment and relationship coach specializing in helping people heal from breakups and rebuild authentic connection with themselves. As an Aura Breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and cellular health advisor with a background in Exercise and Wellness, Garrett brings a holistic approach to emotional healing and personal transformation. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and breathwork, he empowers clients to release trauma, rediscover self-love, and step into their fullest potential.

ANDREW GREEN (Aka DJ Local Honey) - @djlocalhoney
Local Honey is the creative project of the San Diego based artist Andrew Green. Born from the dust of the playa and inspired by his eccentric community, Andrew brings a playful electronic sound that mixes elements of organic house, electronica, and deep melodic tones designed to keep the vibes flowing. Shake off those expectations as you settle into a sonic journey on the dance floor.
