In a society in which lots of women struggle with low self-worth, body image issues, and an overall poor relationship with self, our vision is to create a space where you can:

*Learn ways to lovingly and kindly relate to yourself
*Discover & release patterns that don’t serve you anymore
* Connect, share, laugh, support & celebrate each other.

• Embodiment practices centred around self-love
• Meditation
• Journaling

• Sound immersion

What to bring:

• Mat/Towel/Blanket/Cushion
  
• Journal and pen
• Drink Bottle

What to wear: 

• Whatever you're most comfortable in and something warm!
