Hekate - Fiery Rose of Winter

As late Autumn flows towards the gates of Winter, we enter the season of the Dark Mother, as we turn inwards towards deep reflection and contemplation, we are offered an opportunity to connect to our own internal wisdom, the whispers of our soul's truth and the guidance and wise counsel of the Dark Goddess. Hekate as goddess of Crossroads, as chthonic Queen, as Psychopomp - soul guide, is Illuminatrix now, lighting the way through the shadows as we navigate our own season of Winter. She is the flaming torches, the luminous saffron robes, the eyes of the owl and the radiance of the fiery rose and serpent. She is also Cosmic World Soul - Anima Mundi, and may support us with feeling nurtured and learning how to better mother ourselves, to tend the flame of healing.

With the guidance of Hekate, this opportunity allows us to turn within and stoke the flames of our own Rose Light, rekindling our spark, honouring our own light as well as hers, stoking the Rose Flame that will support us as we navigate the dark spaces. The seat of our own internal fire is not only energising but also supports courage, determination, strength, self-worth and self-esteem, it literally warms us from the inside out and is the light of our luminous energy that is often seen by others when we stand in our power.

This offering is being curated for you as the Waxing Moon Moon ripens at about 85% flows towards the May Full Moon which is Hekates annual international Rite of Her Sacred Fires ceremony, and so we will be communing with this energy too, to further support the journey to this beautiful celebration for those that wish to honour her then too.

About your Facilitator:

Thank you for your interest, I am Juniper Rose; High Priestess, Intuitive Pagan Witch, Ceremonial, Workshop and Women's Circle Facilitator, Holistic Meditation Guide, Spiritual Coach and Magickal Mentor. I am Honoured to guide and support those who work with me through deep transitions that facilitate awareness, connection and growth. Through Rose and Serpent energies particularly, I offer my guidance, wisdom and support with over 20 years experience in leading others through ritual and ceremony, journeying, meditation, and connection through witchcraft and  nature based practices. I have been an Hekatean Witch for many years and it was this goddess that gifted me my public magickal name Juniper Rose, through Hekate I have embraced my role key bearer and door opener not only for myself but for others that have sort me out for support to embrace their own unique magick.

The Venue:

Chillingham Community Hall (not to be confused with Chillingham Hall across from the shop), located on the northern end of the village. Plenty of parking onsite, we also have a community garden and nearby creek to utilise weather permitting. 1469 Numinbah Rd, Chillingham NSW 2484. Note there is very little phone reception, so download your travel map before you leave. Chillingham is about 15-20 mins from Murwillumbah.

Times for our Day:

We begin at 10am, please arrive by 9.45 but no earlier then 9.30. We finish our day at around 3.30pm, witch time.

Journal and Pen
Water Bottle
Offering for Hekates Altar
Mat/Cushion for journeying (I will have some small cushions)
A Plate of food to share for lunch. I will provide, tea, coffee, herbal tea, juice and snacks.
