WHY?
The Helpmann Academy Graduate Exhibition has long history of being a launch pad for the next generation of artistic talent in our state. This is wonderful opportunity for you and your class to immerse yourself in the exhibition as we celebrate the strongest creative voices emerging from SA’s contemporary art scene.

The activities suggested in the Teacher Resource Kit link with the Australian Curriculum: Arts (Visual Arts) through the strands of Responding and Making, providing opportunities for students to explore the concepts of artists, works of art, and audience. Visiting the Helpmann Academy Graduate Exhibition is ideal for students to learn about visual analysis and exhibition making through first-hand experience.

We will also be hosting a Teacher Information Night on Tuesday 4 April 2023 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm at ACE. This is your chance to hear from Alise Hardy, Education Coordinator at ACE and Project Curator and emerging artist, Hannah Coleman to learn more about the Graduate Exhibition 2023 including the selection process, curating the space, working with emerging artists and much more. Refreshments will be provided.

CLICK HERE TO RSVP FOR THE TEACHER INFORMATION NIGHT.
