Session 3: Elixir- Mood, Sleep & Hormones

October is a good time to check in with how you're actually feeling, and then make something to support it.

In this session we explore the world of herbal elixirs: what they are, how they work, and how to start creating your own remedies at home. We'll look at plants traditionally used for nervous system support, sleep, mood, and hormonal balance, and then we'll create beutiful tinctures and a handmade dream pillow using herbs with a long and beautiful history in sleep and dream folklore.

You'll leave with your own finished elixir, a blend to complete at home and a dream pillow, plus enough understanding of the techniques to create your own elixrs at home.

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.
