What to expect:

The session will start with a foraging exercise to observe growing habits, preferred conditions, and then gather a variety of essential tea-brewing herbs.

You will then try your hands at combining the herbs to craft and taste test your own blends with Judy's guidance through drying methods and considering some of the potential health benefits of different herbs. Experiment and enjoy a your unique cuppa over morning tea with the group.
