NDIS HIDPA Education Day - Urinary Catheter Support
Description
Most disability support workers managing urinary catheters have completed an online module. Very few have demonstrated their competency using a clinical catheterisation trainer.
Calibre Clinical Education changes that.
What makes this different
This is not a video module. Every session is face-to-face, covering theory, clinical reasoning and hands-on simulation on male and female catheterisation task trainers, observed, with real clinical feedback in a small group setting. Delivered by a team of experienced clinical educators with acute care, critical care and disability sector backgrounds.
Add individual RN-governed competency verification after the session and leave with a signed Clinical Competency Verification Report, audit-ready evidence aligned to the NDIS HIDPA Skills Descriptors.
Training tells you a worker attended. Competency verification tells you they can deliver care safely.
What the day covers
