A THREE DAY TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEY FOR YOU

Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life to Rewire, Reconnect, and Recharge for 3 days and 2 nights.

Why come to the retreat? 🤝

This Higher Existence Spring Gathering is our opportunity to come and bond with other like-minded individuals who are seeking connection, learning and healing through the power of nature and community over 3 days. Think of it as a 3 day long gathering with the opportunity to come together with other beautiful souls to play, laugh, connect and grow at a beautiful resort set on 30 acres of private High Country bush land. Where we will be provided with comfortable and cosy rooms, Dinner and lunches cooked for us (oh how luxurious!) and plenty of space and room to be with others or by yourself.

Where will we be staying? 🏠
The homestead is 2 storey - 10 bedrooms and 20 beds. You will be sharing a room, with a single bed each and an ensuite bathroom. It is a warm, cosy and spacious self-contained homestead with a beautiful living space with wood stove and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoors, there's a woodfired pizza oven, BBQ and fire pit to get outside and enjoy the natural environment.


What will we be eating? 🥗

Delicious meals will be freshly prepared by the homestead owner for Lunch and Dinner(vegetarian, gluten free, vegan options available).

What will we be doing for 3 days? 🥰

  1. Immersed in Nature - bush hikes, river dips, star gazing, bonding around a fire.🌲
  2. Let go and Relax – Forget your to do list for the 3 days and cosy up and unwind in this beautiful wood log cabin resort, with warm roaring fires, baths, delicious meals cooked for us in a wood fire pizza oven. 🛀
  3. Forging lifelong bonds and deep connections - sharing food and meaningful conversations around a communal table and an indoor/outdoor fire. Making memories for life. 👯👯
  4. Unlocking your imagination – Get in touch with your creative self through Playful and Fun exercises such as singing, song writing, body painting and ecstatic dancing. 🔮
  5. Finding mind/body alignment to show up more authentically in the world – Negotiation’s, Qigong/Marital Arts, Breathwork workshops. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️
  6. Integrating all that you have experienced over the weekend - Plenty of time to yourself, journalling, reflecting, relaxing. 📝

Participation in the workshops is optional, therefore you can curate your weekend as you would like, with more nature time, more bonding time with others or simply staring out of a window and just being.

We will be organising car pool services from Melbourne city. So if you would like to be driven there, or share in the driving then please fill in this Preference Form

Upon purchasing a ticket I confirm that: 

  • I am age 18 years or older.
  • I agree to comply with all rules/ requests laid out by the organisers & owner of the property for the safety and enjoyment of everyone present.
  • I understand that violence and/or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Acknowledging that the event organisers and management staff reserve the right to refuse my entry or terminate my stay without a refund.
  • I take full responsibility for my health and safety whilst on the property and whilst attending the entire event. I am aware of the risks of being in the bush and outdoor activities. I am fully responsible for myself, and to the best of my ability those around me, especially in or near the creek.
  • My participation in any and all workshops, activities, and private sessions is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that Higher Existence Retreat and its organisers, facilitators, and staff shall take care but not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the event. In my participation at Higher Existence Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and activities done with Higher Existence Retreat or as an individual at the event site and facilities provided.
  • I accept that the organisers and facilitators reserve the right to alter the program and workshop schedules as deemed necessary and without notice.
  • If I am pregnant, I affirm that I am of fit health to participate in the event. I will alert all facilitators whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant, as well as make it known in writing in advance to notify the organisers so they may best support me. I understand it is recommended that I consult my doctor and have them sign off on activities as safe for me during pregnancy.
  • I am aware that I may resell my ticket of my own accord and I will notify the event organisers of my replacement so they may update the guest list for entry.
  • I acknowledge and understand that none of the information shared at Higher Existence Retreat is to be taken as financial, medical or legal advice.
  • IMAGE RELEASE. Participants are aware and consent to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorise Higher Existence Retreat to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the Higher Existence Retreat and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant. Participant’s who do not wish to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped understand and agree to explicitly communicate this to the event organiser’s via email prior to the event.
  • I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before agreeing to this form to seek independent legal advice.
  • By attending Higher Existence Retreat, I agree to the above terms and conditions.
