Prepare to step into your power, as we flow through breathwork, kriya yoga, asana ( yoga postures) guided meditation, and so much more.

This practice is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. It is a fully guided practice from start to finish, and suitable for all ages above 16 yrs. old. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, we recommend you attend one of our softer heart-based breath practices.
