Event description

Join Melbourne's people and culture experts at Google for this roundtable event on Hiring for Retention.

With the challenges of the current employment market, it's never been more important to attract the right team members, and support their ongoing careers with you. But start-ups have it tougher than most; big ambitions, lean budgets and fast-changing needs mean burnout and attrition are everywhere.

Over breakfast, you'll learn, share and discuss hiring for retention across two critical components:

1. Culture of sustainable productivity
    • The relationship between productivity, work/life balance and job satisfaction
    • Challenging your workplace norms
    • Developing your start-up's playbook for sustainable productivity
    2. Hiring the keepers
    • The skills that serve you long-term
    • Your retention-focussed hiring process
    • Attracting the keepers

You'll leave with knowledge, inspiration and tactics to implement in your start-up, so you can hire right, and support your team members long-term.
