Ho'oponopono is the Hawaiian practice of forgiving ourselves & others. It is a practice of compassion, forgiveness and gratitude.

There are so many layers of this powerful tool for mediation and healing. This ritual is not only a way to clean your energy and open your heart to forgive others, but also a beautiful process to forgive parts of yourself that need healing.

One of the many benefits of this ritual is inner peace, harmony, and a way to arrive at a sense of unity.

On another hand, with Ho'oponopono we can clean and clear stagnant energy from old habitual patterns. As we are healing a part of ourselves, we are even healing parts of our past, and within that, we are taking responsability for the patterns that have been playing in our lives over and over again.

One of the keys to opening ourselves for Ho'oponopono is feeling safe and comfortable. That is why we are going to go deep into this ceremony gently and slowly.

Dynamics of play, connection, forgiveness and release will be part of our journey and the environment around us will be an ideal one to support releasing stuck energy and letting it go.

We will enter into the space as strangers and we will leave the experience as 'Ohana' *the Hawaiian word for family*

Please bring comfortable clothes as we will move and play. Also bring your own drink bottle. It is highly recommended having a light lunch that day, and as minimal caffeine and sugar as possible.
