HOF - Fire Academy - Temple of Ash - SY FRINGE
Event description
Temple of Ash is a ritualistic fire act built around fire eating and palm candle choreography. Performed over two nights at Sydney Fringe Festival, the piece is set to “Echos of Elruthen” by Arkana—a slow-burning, atmospheric track that evokes ancient magic and quiet intensity.
This 8-week course focuses on controlled, grounded movement and visual storytelling. Performers will learn to manipulate palm candles and eat fire safely and expressively, working as a cohesive ensemble to summon a powerful, trance-like group ritual on stage.
Ideal for performers who are currently enrolled Embers or higher who want to deepen their presence, refine their eating technique, and become part of a slow, striking visual journey.
