MoWaNa Northern Beaches Safe Space is a non-clinical drop in style place available to anybody who is feeling anxious, distressed, suicidal, lonely, overwhelmed, scared and / or depressed. Our volunteer “peer care companions” have lived experience and have been trained to help you in your time of need. We will welcome you, hold space for you, listen and NOT judge you. We will help you find warm connections to other appropriate and reliable supports if that’s what you need. We have a trauma informed No wrong Door approach. All is confidential and can be anonymous if you prefer. You are welcome to come back time and time again.

Currently you can drop in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights between 5 and 9pm; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for Coffee with Kindness (Cafe open) 8.30-11am; 2nd Tuesday of each month for LGBQTIA+ Safe Space 6-8pm at The Mind Cafe, 1346 Pittwater Road, Narrabeen. Ph: 0478 007 722 "
