Mowana Safe Space Inc. is a non-clinical drop in style place available to anybody who is feeling anxious, distressed, suicidal, lonely, homeless, overwhelmed, scared and / or depressed. Our volunteer “Mowana care companions” have lived experience and have been trained to help you in your time of need. We will welcome you, hold space for you, listen and NOT judge you. We will help you find warm connections to other appropriate and reliable supports if that’s what you need. We have a trauma informed No wrong Door approach. All is confidential and can be anonymous if you prefer. You are welcome to come back time and time again.

Currently you can drop in on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (as of 16 March 2026) nights between 5 and 9pm; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for Coffee with Kindness (Cafe open) 8.30-11am; 2nd Tuesday of each month for LGBQTIA+ Safe Space 6-8pm at The Mind Cafe, 1346 Pittwater Road, Narrabeen.
