As we come together for a morning of Yoga, Breathwork, and Ice Bath, all proceeds from this event will be sent directly to the Huni Kuin community to aid in their vital initiatives. While we encourage a minimum donation of $22 to contribute to this cause, we deeply appreciate any support you can offer. Let's unite in generosity and compassion as we embark on a journey of holistic wellness while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.


Dive into a morning of holistic rejuvenation with our Yoga, Breathwork, and Ice Bath event, happening from 8 am to 10 am!

Join us for an invigorating journey to balance mind, body, and soul as we begin with an energizing yoga session led by experienced instructors. Then, explore the power of intentional breathwork techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Finally, immerse yourself in the revitalizing benefits of an ice bath, stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting physical recovery. Don't miss this transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to conquer the day!

For a Yoga & Breathwork class:

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and stretching, such as yoga pants and a breathable top
  • A yoga mat for personal use (some studios may provide mats, but it's best to bring your own for hygiene purposes)
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session
  • Any props you prefer for your practice, such as blocks, straps, or a bolster
  • A towel to wipe away sweat or for added support during certain poses
  • An open mind and willingness to explore breathwork techniques and deepen your yoga practice

For an Ice Bath session:

  • Swimsuit or appropriate swimwear
  • Towel for drying off afterward
  • Warm layers of clothing to wear post-ice bath to help regulate body temperature
  • Flip-flops or waterproof shoes to wear around the ice bath area
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated before and after the session
  • Any personal items or accessories you may need for comfort or post-session care
  • An adventurous spirit and readiness to experience the invigorating benefits of cold immersion therapy

Trained in these diverse disciplines, Luiza's classes offer a holistic blend of energizing flow and deep meditative practices. What sets her apart is her expertise as a tuning specialist. As the leader of the daily asana clinic, Luiza guides students in gaining a deep understanding of adjustment and alignment techniques, ensuring that practitioners not only refine their poses but also develop greater awareness of their bodies.
