For a Yoga & Breathwork class:

Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and stretching, such as yoga pants and a breathable top
A yoga mat for personal use (some studios may provide mats, but it's best to bring your own for hygiene purposes)
A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session
Any props you prefer for your practice, such as blocks, straps, or a bolster
A towel to wipe away sweat or for added support during certain poses
An open mind and willingness to explore breathwork techniques and deepen your yoga practice

For an Ice Bath session:

Swimsuit or appropriate swimwear
Towel for drying off afterward
Warm layers of clothing to wear post-ice bath to help regulate body temperature
Flip-flops or waterproof shoes to wear around the ice bath area
A water bottle to stay hydrated before and after the session
Any personal items or accessories you may need for comfort or post-session care
