Event description

Embark on a journey of growth and healing with a small group of women as we explore the impact of spiritual trauma and learn to rebuild trust within ourselves, with God and in our communities.

If you have been wounded in your spiritual journey, are feeling unsafe and unsure about an experience/s you've had in a faith community, are disenfranchised with religion, questioning or deconstructing your beliefs, angry about the misogyny and patriarchy you've experienced, or if you've been labelled as a Jezebel, black sheep or backslider, this group is a safe place for you to be witnessed and seen.

Drawing inspiration from the book Holy Hurt by author and therapist Hillary McBride, this online Therapeutic Support Group will affirm the reality of your experiences and offer practical embodied strategies for healing the wounds you carry.

As we journey together in safety and trust you will have the opportunity to;

💫 Connect to your truest self
💫 Restore your body-soul-spirit
💫 Encounter love and acceptance
💫 Grow spiritually & emotionally
💫 Engage in therapeutic activities
💫 Heal in safe community
