🌏 5 years after our soft-launch in London, Paradise Rizing Studios is ready for lift-off!

It has been quite the trip since initial inception as activist mental-health organisation in 2017 and our first Australian events in early 2018, to what is now our Conscious Media & Events Company.

Please join us for the first of our upcoming in-person gatherings across Aotearoa. This particular workshop is based on previous Catharsis and Drawing In Your Spirit offerings.

⚜️ Meet your facilitators ⚜️

🐦‍🔥 Christchurch local & regular Ecstatic Dance facilitator DJ Jussy will be spinning some super fun tunes on the decks. As an international DJ and artist, Jussy brings a wealth of creative expertise to the table.

🐦‍🔥 PRS founder, activist and artist Lucy Verdé Roze will be guiding the meditation, Catharsis drawing, and somatic movement. With her education in Psychology and in-depth experience with art, spirituality and shamanic studies, Lucy is not a registered clinician but brings forward her understanding of the mind-body-soul-complex, with respect for your personal development and creative journey.

🌊 This event takes place at the epic North New Brighton Community Centre located at 88 Marine Parade, Christchurch, with big open windows overlooking the ocean. We welcome you to come bask in this space with us, held by the vast expanse of emotive water energy which supports so much life and growth on our beautiful home-planet Earth.
