New Moon Yin & Sound Ceremony

An evening of restoration and grounding as we drop into our yin under the new moon. This ceremony is an invitation to connect with your inner world, nourish the relationship you have with yourself and connect with like-minded humans through breathing, somatic yin yoga and sacred sound healing.

We'll move through passive shapes held between 5 - 10 mins, with the support of props. Longer holds encourage a release of deep connective tissues – the fascial network – opening up the opportunity for inner healing. Slip into an even deeper meditative state with a sacred sound bath of crystal bowls and chimes.

Remembering that the relationship that we have with ourselves is our medicine, let this ceremony guide you home to yourself to nourish and heal.

What to bring:

• Mats provided – if you would prefer to use yours please bring it along
• Comfy clothing for movement - Warm layers to stay cosy!
