My name is Penny from Inner Om with PJ & from a young age I have been drawn towards a spiritual way of living and the mind body connection.

In 2017 I attended my first Tantric workshop, which felt like coming home. I continued to explore Tantric living from here, jumping at the opportunity to study Tantric and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. In August 2023 I completed Trauma Informed Movement & Facilitation Training. I fell in love with yoga the moment my feet connected to the mat in 2018. Since completing teacher training, I have continued to live & breathe the yogic system. Therefore, I will eternally be a student as well, always wanting to learn and dive deeper.

In combination, I also work within the Community Service sector, having completed a Diploma of Community Services in 2014. Since then I have worked with a diverse range of people in the community, supporting them on their road to recovery.

I feel honoured to create workshops by weaving together both professions whilst drawing from my own lived experiences. Through my journey, I have learned that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a transformative tool for healing and self-discovery. By integrating my personal story, I create workshops that aim to empower others on their individual paths. By sharing my own lived experiences, I hope to inspire others to embrace their unique journeys, find inner strength, and become agents of positive change within their communities. My workshops serve as a platform for personal growth, collective healing, and the cultivation of compassionate action, ultimately creating a ripple effect of love and empowerment.

I feel that everyone has the potential to heal themselves, becoming a healthy cell in a universal body. In all my offerings you will be energetically held as you push through perceived limitations, come face-to-face with moments of self-realisation and exploration.

When I hold space I invite you to embark on a transformative journey from your head to your heart. My intention is to guide individuals on a path of self discovery and inner knowing, inspired by the ancient origins of Om. Inner Om evolved from the belief that the universe resides within each and every one of is, where all the answers we seek await us. By tapping into the power of Om, the sacred primordial sound & symbol that represents the essence of creation, I encourage individuals to explore their inner realms & connect to their true self.

In a world often filled with noise and distraction, Inner Om provides a sanctuary for individuals to find solace and go inward. I hold space for people drop out of the constant chatter of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart. By embracing our own inner om it enables us to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, the universal energy which connects us all and in turn the world around us.
