This small group mindful meditation focuses on mind-body balance, and provides a supportive space to :

- Explore - a key principle of mindful meditation;
- Restore - a sense of balanced wellbeing.
Suitable for people across all levels of meditation experience.
Each one-hour session includes:
- mindful breath and body scan
- guided meditation with sound
- wellbeing affirmations to keep the good vibes going.
