ANNOUNCING: Hot Mum Walk Club Toy Swap!

The goal: pass on toys that your bub/kiddo(s) is no longer using, and pick up something new for them! Make space in your home, and spark inspiration for their play.

And it's not just a toy swap, it's a whole morning of fun! We've got face painting, a kids playground, play stations by My Messy Kids Co, and a sausage sizzle to keep everyone fed and entertained. Come to swap toys, or just come for the morning, everyone is welcome either way.

DETAILS:

Date: August 22nd 2026

Time: 11am - 1pm. Set up on the tables from 10am.

Location: Alf Shaw Community Hall, Strathpine

What to expect:

🧸 Toy Swap — bring your preloved toys, games, puzzles and books (in good working order, please!) and swap for something new

🎨 Face painting — because what's a community morning without a bit of glitter and glam

🛝 Kids playground — plenty of room for the littles to burn off some energy

🎪 Play stations by My Messy Kids Co — sensory play, creative fun and messy magic for the kids

🌭 Sausage sizzle — grab a snag and a coffee, and stay for a chat

GUIDELINES:

Please bring toys, games, puzzles and books that:

✅ You were already going to de-stash (donate etc.) that you are happy to part with.

✅ Are in working order and have plenty of life left in them.

✅ Complete, as much as possible i.e. no missing pieces (or minimal, that won't affect play)
