In 2022, a humble brothel film ‘House of Whoreship’ was born. Written, directed & entirely self-funded by a worker, the film was created with the drive and hope of bringing authentic sex work representation to the screen.
A queer break-up story, the film navigates the complexities of heart-ache and demonstrates the different sets of social norms, support and conflict that exist uniquely within the community of the brothel work environment.
Help us disrupt this film-bro hellscape by joining us for a slutty EXTRAVAGANZA to raise funds in order to send this backroom-broth-love story to film festivals around the world.
Sex workers are sick of being the butt of jokes on screen, being used for shock-value as 2D plot devices, for being killed or worse EXPELLED. We deserve something relatable. We deserve something true. This film is our first effort.
On Thursday the 9th February we will be creating a hot and safe space for SWers and SWer allies to be their TARTY selves while witnessing some top SKANK sets & performances by:

We will be raising funds to cover festival entry fees so that we can share this film with the world. Funds will be raised through tickets sales, and for those who wish to make a further contribution, there will be QR codes around the building.
Tickets are $15 concession, $25 for those who can afford to pay a little more.
