Accountability (Part I): Session Overview

This session, part of a five-course series, introduces how HR professionals can foster a culture of accountability. Led by experienced facilitators, participants will explore and define accountability, reflect on their personal relationship to it, and learn the Five Tenets of Healthy Accountability. The course also examines common accountability avoidance behaviors and equips attendees with strategies to take responsibility and inspire positive change within their organizations. Earn 3 PDCs for your participation.
