Accountability (Part II): Session Overview
This engaging session, part of a five-course series for HR professionals, examines the principles and practices of relational accountability. Guided by experienced facilitators, participants will review key definitions and the Five Tenets of Accountability. Participants will also learn techniques for accountability by exploring the dynamics of interpersonal communication. Through collaborative exercises, attendees will practice practical strategies to foster accountability and strengthen workplace relationships. Earn 3 PDCs for your participation.
