Feedback Tools: Session Overview

This session, part of a five-course series for HR professionals, explores the transformative power of feedback in driving personal and organizational growth. Led by experienced facilitators, participants will reflect on their relationship to feedback, assess their organization’s feedback culture, and learn a structured framework for giving and receiving feedback. Through practical application of the Noticing & Wondering framework, attendees will gain hands-on experience with real-world case studies to strengthen their feedback skills and foster meaningful workplace communication. Earn 3 PDCs for your participation.
