Please specify any Dietary requirements in the area provided when booking. If you do not complete this, it will be assumed you have no dietary requirements.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, except under extreme circumstances. A written request will need to be sent to events@huntergardens.org.au and will not be considered for change of mind, change of plans, sickness etc.

Refunds will not be considered for any reason whatsoever within 72 hours of the event.

If granted, each refund will incur a $15.00 processing fee and exclude the amount paid in booking fees, otherwise you can ask us about a credit for future events that is not redeemable for cash, a $15.00 processing fee still applies.

Purchase of tickets is understood as agreement to these terms.
