2026 AMPLIFY Brisbane by Glass Ladder
Description
Queensland’s premier leadership masterclass
AMPLIFY Brisbane | 10 June 2026 | Emporium Hotel South Bank
AI is accelerating. Your leadership edge is personal. Human connection differentiates.
Leaders are feeling a new kind of pressure: to navigate the changing AI landscape, move fast, and keep teams engaged and high performing
Here’s the shift: you don’t need to become the AI expert
You need to become the leader who can leverage AI plus master what matters most: judgement, trust, connection and influence
This interactive masterclass guides you on how to align AI with your individual strengths to AMPLIFY your effectiveness, while elevating human connection into your greatest leadership asset.
What makes AMPLIFY 2026 so valuable?
1. Leadership for an AI-shaped workplace - without the hype
This isn’t about learning AI tools. It’s about mastering how to lead in a world shaped by them: what to own, what to leverage, and how to bring people with you
2. The Human Advantage - connection, attention and trust
When work becomes more automated, anything human moves higher up the value chain. We’ll tackle what leaders are seeing right now: attention fragmentation, digital overload, and the quiet erosion of trust and belonging
3. Complete your Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment
Before you arrive uncover your personal leadership strengths (or bring your results if you have done it already) - then on the day we’ll translate your top strengths and how you can use AI to complement them into your personalised strategic leadership advantage
4. Human-centred influence in an AI world
As AI makes communication easier to generate, influence becomes harder to earn. Learn how to build a credible personal brand, lead with clarity, and stay authentic - not manufactured
5. A clear 'Leadership in the Age of AI' blueprint
You’ll leave with a practical leadership stance: how you’ll lead decisions, build trust, leverage your strengths and guide teams through AI-enabled change - starting the next morning
What makes AMPLIFY unique?
Leadership conferences are common — many are passive, repetitive, and heavy on theory.
AMPLIFY is interactive, personalised and designed for the real workplace.
It’s built around a sharp mix of insight, facilitated conversation, and applied reflection — so leaders don’t just feel inspired… they leave clearer and more confident in how they’ll connect with their teams and lead next.

Lineup

Simone Heng
Simone Heng is a human connection specialist and the author of Let’s Talk About Loneliness (Hay House), winner of the 2024 Silver Nautilus Book Award (Social Change & Social Justice) and a finalist in multiple categories at the 2024 International Book Awards. She works with organisations to hardwire connection into their culture to lift performance, strengthen engagement and improve productivity. Simone has spoken to thousands globally, with clients including Harvard University, Google, Meta, Amazon, Spotify, Salesforce and the United Nations, and her work has been featured across international media and platforms including TEDx. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Simone will share what leaders can do to AMPLIFY human connection - to protect trust, belonging and real human connection as work becomes more digital and AI-enabled.

Adam Williams
Adam Williams is the creator of The Attention Architect® and the founder of The Attention Seekers, a performance consultancy for the mind. He works with organisations to reduce the staggering cost of attention-loss — helping teams turn distraction into focus and lift cognitive performance at scale, with a focus on achieving More Triumph. Less Anxiety. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Adam will explore how today’s attention environment and the impacts of AI are reshaping culture — eroding trust, weakening connection, and lowering decision quality — and what leaders can do to design workplaces where people can think clearly and perform sustainably. Adam’s debut book, Mega Focus, is scheduled for release in 2026 through Wiley.

Dr Catherine Ball
Adjunct Professor Dr Catherine Ball is an award-winning company director, bestselling author and futurist working at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world impact across humanitarian, education and environmental projects. She speaks globally and advises on how emerging systems — from AI and robotics to cybernetics and quantum — are reshaping how we live and work. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Catherine will take the room into Workplace 2040 — exploring what happens as AI becomes a true colleague and “hybrid” work evolves into something much bigger than location. She’ll unpack the leadership implications of AI co-workers and hybrid humans, and help leaders separate signal from noise so they can prepare their organisations without fear or hype. Catherine is an XPRIZE Visioneering member and a member of Australia’s Robotics Advisory Council.

Jemi Crookes
Jemi Crookes is an internationally respected advisor on leadership, strategy and disruption, working with CEOs, boards and executive teams on transformation for over 15 years. Jemi was among the earliest to study generative AI at scale among sitting global business leadership, and today she helps organisations activate human-centred AI integration across culture, operations and go-to-market strategy. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Jemi will share how leaders build credible influence and personal brand in an AI world—where trust signals matter more than polish.

Wayne Gerard
Wayne Gerard is the Founder and CEO of Partner Ventures, former Queensland Chief Entrepenuer, and a founder-operator who understands both the realities of corporate life and the pace of operating in emerging technology. He founded RedEye, acquired by US industrial technology company Fortive in 2023, and now builds MyPlanner — an AI-powered planning platform designed to help individuals and executive teams think clearly, act deliberately, and execute without overwhelm. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Wayne brings a practical lens to what leaders are getting wrong about AI adoption — including how to move fast without losing trust, standards, or the humans doing the work. Wayne has served on multiple boards and advisory bodies and is an Adjunct Professor in business and entrepreneurship at QUT.

Megan Corfield
Megan Corfield is the Founder and CEO of Glass Ladder, an executive coach, and a Non-Executive Director and Chair with deep experience across senior leadership and complex operating environments. She works with leaders and executive teams to build confidence, sharpen executive presence, and lead with strengths and clarity when the pace is relentless. At AMPLIFY Brisbane 2026, Megan will guide leaders through the day’s core arc — from the realities of leading in an AI-shaped workplace to translating insights into a strengths-led “Leadership in the Age of AI” blueprint. In 2026, Megan is also launching CILLA — a self-paced digital leadership companion (your coach in your pocket) for leaders who want to keep growing, wherever and whenever suits them.
