Queensland’s premier leadership masterclass

AMPLIFY Brisbane | 10 June 2026 | Emporium Hotel South Bank

AI is accelerating. Your leadership edge is personal. Human connection differentiates.

Leaders are feeling a new kind of pressure: to navigate the changing AI landscape, move fast, and keep teams engaged and high performing

Here’s the shift: you don’t need to become the AI expert
You need to become the leader who can leverage AI plus master what matters most: judgement, trust, connection and influence

This interactive masterclass guides you on how to align AI with your individual strengths to AMPLIFY your effectiveness, while elevating human connection into your greatest leadership asset.

What makes AMPLIFY 2026 so valuable?

1. Leadership for an AI-shaped workplace - without the hype

This isn’t about learning AI tools. It’s about mastering how to lead in a world shaped by them: what to own, what to leverage, and how to bring people with you

2. The Human Advantage - connection, attention and trust

When work becomes more automated, anything human moves higher up the value chain. We’ll tackle what leaders are seeing right now: attention fragmentation, digital overload, and the quiet erosion of trust and belonging

3. Complete your Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment

Before you arrive uncover your personal leadership strengths (or bring your results if you have done it already) - then on the day we’ll translate your top strengths and how you can use AI to complement them into your personalised strategic leadership advantage

4. Human-centred influence in an AI world

As AI makes communication easier to generate, influence becomes harder to earn. Learn how to build a credible personal brand, lead with clarity, and stay authentic - not manufactured

5. A clear 'Leadership in the Age of AI' blueprint

You’ll leave with a practical leadership stance: how you’ll lead decisions, build trust, leverage your strengths and guide teams through AI-enabled change - starting the next morning

What makes AMPLIFY unique?

Leadership conferences are common — many are passive, repetitive, and heavy on theory.

AMPLIFY is interactive, personalised and designed for the real workplace.
It’s built around a sharp mix of insight, facilitated conversation, and applied reflection — so leaders don’t just feel inspired… they leave clearer and more confident in how they’ll connect with their teams and lead next.
