Wagga Women’s Wellness Forum — Season of Change
Join us for a day-and-evening program exploring holistic wellness through women’s life cycles, with guided yoga and mindfulness, a Synergy Healthworks workshop, and an evening round‑table with local clinicians, service leaders, and community voices. Wed 4 March 2026 at The Gardens, 43 Tom Wood Drive.

Daytime Session includes (9am to 3:15pm):
