Workshop includes:

- Natalie is also an EmbodyBirth International Educator and incorporates much of Maha Al Musas' great work into her teachings

-Content that increases the positivity of your experience of birth, parenting and breastfeeding.

Program outline:

Session one - de-programming negative beliefs. Breakthroughs for birth

Session two - babies instincts and needs, secure attachment, breastfeeding,

Session two, part two: natural physiological birth, hormones and coping.

Session three: All about birth and the phases as it unfolds and your needs and your supporters roles.

Session three, part two: Relationship work, communication, mindset, psychology, getting your needs met, medical communications and much more. Problem solving and releasing fears + medical decision making communication, legal rights and human rights for birth.

-Confidence in birth and parenting – self calming and baby calming skills.

-Antenatal education helping you to know how to work with your body, and allowing you to tune into your instinct

-Mindfulness, self-hypnosis and hip sway/belly breathing techniques for birth
