What skill level do I need to have to join?

Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of skill level, making it a perfect fit for beginners and beyond!

What is included in the retreat?

A full immersive day of yoga, energy medicine and mindfulness. Morning tea and a nutritious vegetarian lunch is included.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. For example, stretchy breathable clothing like yoga pants and tops and easy-to-remove footwear.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, a notepad, pen and a water bottle. Optional: sarong and eye pillow.

Are there props on-site?

Yes, there are some props on-site that we have access to.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, there is parking on-site at the front of the entrance to Swami's. If you are coming with one or more people you may like to carpool as spaces are limited.

I have a food allergy, what do I do?

At time of booking, you will be required to fill in a registration form. You can indicate your food allergies there. We need to know your requirements at least one week prior to the retreat.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation more than 7 days prior, full refund less admin fees Cancellation less than 7 days prior, 50% refund No show, you will be charged at the full rate.
