In this 3 hour workshop we will look at what constitutes good self protection from a simple formula and then apply that to the session.

You will learn:

* How Interaction is much more than just telling people to 'back off'

* Simple and effective ways of Defending yourself

* Base principles of Energy, push and pull

* When and how to Act

* Base tools that apply to multiple situations

* How to self regulate under stress

* A principle based approach to learning and problem solving

* Plus a lot more while having a good time with like minded people

As with everything I do it will be taught in a safe, fun environment where it's all about learning to become better, whatever better means to you.
