Idea Incubator: Research Pitch Series
Event description
Would you like support in developing your research ideas and grant proposals? Welcome to the "Idea Incubator: Research Pitch Series," where innovative minds come together to share and explore possible research directions.
This series is designed to provide researchers with a platform to pitch their ideas – half-baked or fully baked - to a panel of peers, including senior researchers from various faculties and key research support staff. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research concepts in a low-stress 15-minute pitch window, followed by immediate feedback from the panel. Each session will last a total of 30 minutes, offering valuable insights and constructive feedback to help refine and advance your ideas.
Whether you're looking to develop your research ideas or seeking advice on grant proposals, this series is the perfect opportunity to receive positive and constructive feedback. Join us for an engaging and supportive environment where your ideas can flourish.
The pitching sessions will be held on Thursday 22 May, in person, at RES Hub
This is a UTS Aspire event. UTS Aspire is a program of pan-university research development opportunities led by the Research Capability and Development Team.
