Through Movement, Connection & Breath
Let your soul come fully alive and be liberated, with a 3-hour infusion of ecstatic dance, embodiment, breath and powerful connection.
THE JOURNEY
Both Men & Woman are invited into this three hour journey of deepening your connection with your breath, body and most alive self.
Together, we open a gateway to infinite possibilities for you in your life.
We will drop out of the head, mind, busyness and into the feeling body and all of the wisdom and gifts that it has to offer you.
Through this safe container and intuitive guidance, you will experience an initiation personally and collectively as a group into a fully transformed, expanded version of who you were.
The evening will be both joyful and deeply sacred, infused with invitations, explorations and practices to allow you to access new realms, remembrings and accept and integrate parts of you that may have been forgotten. It will be a reclamation of your full, whole and powerful self. Expect your senses to be activated!

Awaken the Feminine Bliss Body with Ecstatic Movement and Dance led by Katie, which will lead to later in the evening you will have the opportunity to Enliven your Senses and embark on a powerful journey of Self Discovery & Healing through Conscious Connected Breathwork led by Sarhan.

Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to express yourself. Shirt and tights or loose flowing clothing - it’s all perfect!
Bring: Water bottle, journal, sacred item to place on the altar (take home when you leave)
Numbers: This is an intimate offering - Limited spots available
Choice: As always, everything on offer is an invitation and optional - you are a sovereign being with choice, so we encourage you to listen to your body and decide whether an offering is right for you or not in the moment. We also encourage you to explore your edges of your comfort zone, for often the greatest rewards are on the other side of resistance!
