A One-Off experience to Recharge, Refocus, and Restore

Feeling a little scattered, sluggish, or disconnected from yourself?

This special once-only 90-minute experience is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and gently recharge your body and mind through a unique combination of breathwork, mindful movement, energy cultivation, and deep rest.

🌿 What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a carefully curated flow designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and leave feeling re-energized:

🌀 Pranayama (Breathwork) – calm your nervous system, expand your breath, and create mental clarity
🧘‍♀️ Mindful Yoga Flow with Mantra & Mudra – gentle, breath-led movement to release physical tension, uplift the mind, and connect to inner stillness
🌊 Shibashi Qigong (18-step) – flowing, meditative movement to balance energy, promote vitality, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm
🕊️ Savasana (Guided Rest) – deep relaxation to seal the practice and allow full integration

This practice is accessible, calming, and suitable for all experience levels.

I started my yoga journey in the USA, in the year 2000 due to ongoing neck pain. Although initially, I did not love yoga - it was too slow in my mind.. - but I did start noticing after a couple months I was much calmer in traffic on my way home after a class. And then I just got hooked.

I did my first 500 hour yoga teacher training in 2010, followed by additional 300 hour vinyasa teacher training a couple of years later.

I'm on my mat every morning to start my day with breathercise and mindful movement. It sets me up well for my day ahead and I would love to share my experience with you.
