Description
Igniting Leadership Program is a 5-day program designed for emerging leaders. The program is designed to build a strong leadership foundation by exploring strengths, triggers, values, and impact. Participants will learn to navigate change, inspire with clarity, and develop the interpersonal skills to build trust and influence both formally and informally. Graduates will emerge with new leadership frameworks and principles to boost confidence and align to purpose.
This program is designed to support diverse cohort of leaders from business, government and community sectors, with an emphasis on learning from new perspectives, diverse ideas and with the opportunity to extend your peer network.
