Lillian Kline is a passionate facilitator who works with families and organisations to align their personal values with philanthropic, business and investment goals. Lillian was the inaugural Director of the Pathways to Politics Program for Women at Melbourne University and former investor relations lead at Impact Investment Group.

Alan Schwartz in his professional life has transitioned from “entrepreneur and business builder” to “active investor”. This year he launched the Transition Accelerator, a new initiative which will expand the scope for profitable climate investing.

Together they are a power-packed duo we're excited to host at the fittingly purpose-driven venue All Things Equal, itself an impact fuelled venture in the pulse of our community on Carlisle.
