Thu, 20 Mar, 12pm - 1pm AEDT

Event description

Imposter syndrome (IS) is sometimes described as "the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills."

During times of uncertainty and ever-changing ways of working there is no wonder that more people are experiencing this lack of surety in themselves and their role. However, as leaders, aren't we meant to have it all together? Right? Wrong! Those leading are sometimes affected by the feeling of self-doubt.

How do leaders continue to achieve positive change, while experiencing the feeling of being an imposter? And equally, how do we lead knowing that those in our teams may well also be experiencing a level of imposter syndrome.

In this one-hour thought leadership webinar we will explore what Imposter Syndrome looks like for those in leadership roles, and how they've been turned it into leadership lessons.

Hear from Lucy Duncan WCLP'22, Director of Learning & Development for Kenvue (formally J&J Consumer Health), Ross Connor WCLP'23, Director, Department of Transport and Divya Pasupuleti WCLP'24, Executive Manager, NBN.
