About the workshop:
Through visual art, writing, and nature, participants are given the opportunity to explore and process experiences of grief. Time will be spent both independently and connecting with the group. All forms of grief are welcome in this intimate workshop. All supplies are provided, but you are encouraged to bring any items that provide comfort. Participants will leave with creative practices to support their grief journey.
About the artist facilitators:
Freddie Bell is a queer and trans artist responding to grief and the body through abstract acrylic and sculptural work.
Natalia Torres del Valle is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. She is the owner and therapist of her private practice, Little House: Expressive Arts Therapy & Studio.
